Can’t I Find the Money on my Own?

The governmental agencies we audit typically DO NOT post these unclaimed funds accounts online. You are welcome to search state unclaimed funds websites, but if you find funds there, these are not the funds we’re informing you about.

Our 3-Step System

1 – Schedule an Appointment

                                                                                                                          This is the first step of the process upon your verbal agreement to service you. We are in the business of convenience, one of our mobile notaries will come to your preferred location to obtain the necessary signatures of the required documentations needed to file on your behalf. Our mobile notaries will also notarize the documents.

2 – Start Surplus Fund Case

This is the time you let us work for you while you relax. We are on the mission to submit your claim to various government agencies to verify the validity of the unclaimed funds. The processing time varies depending on the county and/or state. Rest assured we will keep you updated throughout the process.

3 – Approval of Funds

At this last step, we are waiting to receive an approval response from the agencies with estimated arrival time to receive your now claim funds in payment form of a check to arrive at our office. We will contact you to inform you and to submit your funds based on the agreed terms and conditions. This is the time to celebrate! 

Processing turnaround time is approximately 3-4 months for a response. Once we have received a response from the agency and all paperwork is filed and approved. We will contact you with that information and submit a check based on the agreed terms in our contract; which will be 30 days from the date check arrives in our office.

OUR CONTINGENCY

We work on a contingent basis – there are no out-of-pocket expenses to you. We are paid ONLY upon successful collection of your claim. We cover ALL expenses related to the claim until it is paid, and if the claim is unsuccessful you owe us nothing.
